Thanksgiving is always a great day for food, family, and the Dallas Cowboys. This season the Cowboys will welcome the Miami Dolphins into Cowboys stadium. The Dolphins are riding a three game win streak and will be ready to play. The Cowboys are in first place in the NFC East and even thought the Miami is 3-7 they are confident and it should be a good game. Below are three keys to this Thanksgiving showdown.

1. Matt Moore-  Once Bill Parcells left the Cowboys he took some players with him starting with Matt Moore. Not only has Moore completed over 70 percent of his passes over Miami's three game win streak, he is not turning the ball over. The good news for Cowboys fans is that Jason Garret has spent a lot of time watching Moore and knows his strengths and weaknesses. Look for Rob Ryan to attack Moore early and often to make sure he can not set his feet in the pocket. If the Cowboys can get after Matt Moore and get some solid hits on him early, Moore will make mistakes.

2. Field Position- The Dallas Cowboys are the better defense when the other team has to drive the ball eighty yards down the field. Last week against Washington, the special teams unit let the Redskins back in the game by giving up long returns. The Dolphins don't have a very potent offenses but when working short field anything can happen.  The key for the Cowboys is not only covering punts and kicks but not turning the ball over. When the Cowboys turn the ball over it switches field position right away along with momentum. The Cowboys can drive the ball eighty yards down the field for a touchdown consistently while the Dolphins can't. If the Cowboys want to win, they can't give the Dolphins any gifts.

3. Air It Out- Nothing better than putting on a show on Thanksgiving and the Cowboys can do that tomorrow night. A strong running game early will make it easy for Tony Romo to make plays down field. All eyes will be on the Cowboys and it is a great opportunity to show what they can do.  Look for the Cowboys to show off their big play ability on both side of the ball this week.

Bold Predictions-
Tony Romo- 26-36 355 yards and 3 TD
Dez Bryant- 4-112 and 2 TD
Felix Jones TD
Ware 2 sacks...Spencer and Rat each Have one
Cowboys Defensive or special teams touchdown
Cowboys D  forces 3 turnovers

It is Thanksgiving and the Cowboys are the better team and they will win. Key is putting them away early and then cruising to a nice victory 31-10 and everyone will have a Happy Thanksgiving.
